Import your current personnel register

Upload your existing POB workbook. Personnel, companies, cabin allocations, lifeboat assignments and rotation history are parsed and ingested without manual re-keying — typically in under a minute.

Schedule upcoming crew changes

Build each crew-change event around its transport — vessel, helicopter, or both. Arriving and departing personnel are attached to the same event, and cabin conflicts are surfaced during planning rather than on the day.

Execute, verify, archive

Single-click sign-on and sign-off on the day, with full reversibility at every transition. Completed crew changes are archived automatically, and the updated register exports back to your reporting workbook for distribution onshore.
